Please read this important information about overseas and international shipping costs and procedures.

Orders to be delivered within the lower 48 United States are shipped via UPS ground at the charges quoted in the description for each product.

Orders to be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii and other countries incur additional shipping costs.

We ship to international destinations using whichever carrier will provide the lowest possible cost. Most international packages are delivered by DHL.

We quote the shipping costs for each international order individually.

After you place your order, we'll figure out the least expensive way to get it to you and email you with the rate. We are usually able to contact you within one working day after you place your order. We will not charge your credit card until after you approve the shipping cost and delivery specifications.

International shipping charges vary widely, but can equal or surpass the cost of your product depending on the destination. That's because our products are considered oversized/heavy packages by most shipping firms.

We do not mark up our shipping costs or add a handling fee.

A note about customs duties, import taxes and other fees:

You are responsible for paying any customs duties, import taxes or other fees levied on your purchase by your home country.

Because these fees are owed to your government, we cannot collect them on your behalf. And because they change so frequently and are often imposed inconsistently, we cannot advise you on what they may be.

Please research these matters before you make your purchase so that you are aware of any government fees that may become due when your package arrives.
